SpeechTrack privacy policy
Your voice and projects stay on your device.
This policy describes how SpeechTrack handles recordings, cloned voices, scripts, projects, generated audio, files, and purchase information on iOS, iPadOS, and macOS.
Effective date: August 22, 2026
Scope
This privacy policy applies specifically to SpeechTrack, including version 2 and later versions that link to this page. It covers the app on iPhone, iPad, and supported Mac computers.
Voice cloning and local content
SpeechTrack lets you create a cloned voice from a recording or imported audio that you own or have permission to use. Recordings, cloned-voice profiles, scripts, projects, and generated audio remain on the device. SpeechTrack does not upload this content to a cloud voice service and does not use it to train a model.
Only create a cloned voice from audio that you own or have permission to use.
The free experience allows one saved cloned voice at a time and up to 30 seconds of estimated speech in each preview or export. The allowance resets for each output.
Speech from Apple system voices and cloned voices counts toward the limit; timeline silence does not.
SpeechTrack Pro Lifetime is a one-time in-app purchase that removes the saved cloned-voice and speech-duration limits.
Purchases
Apple processes SpeechTrack Pro Lifetime payments. SpeechTrack and its developer do not receive payment-card details. The app reads Apple-verified product and entitlement information to display localized purchase information and to handle purchases, restoration, refunds, and revocations. Family Sharing is not supported.
If Apple reports that a purchase was refunded or revoked, SpeechTrack restores the free limits. Existing projects and profiles are not deleted, and audio files already exported by the user are not modified.
Microphone and files
Microphone access is requested only when the user chooses to record a voice sample. A user may instead import an audio file using Apple’s system file picker. SpeechTrack uses Apple system interfaces when the user imports, exports, saves, or shares files.
Data collection and third parties
SpeechTrack does not send recordings, cloned-voice profiles, scripts, projects, generated audio, or app usage activity to servers operated by its developer. The app does not integrate third-party advertising, tracking, analytics, or cloud AI services for app data collection.
Apple may process App Store purchases, crash reports, diagnostics, device backups, and system file operations under Apple’s privacy policies and the user’s device settings.
Children’s privacy
SpeechTrack does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect personal information from users, there is no separate child user data collection.
