Recently, I downloaded this program called "crazytalk", and what it does is given a photo, it would animate the character in the photo. So this poor monkey I have at home is asked to sing a song about beer!
The animated monkey is in .exe format - I suppose the program calculates the movements of the monkey in real time instead of storing the whole mpeg file. This way, it keeps the file small (although it's still around 1 MB). <Aside> Aren't you glad that you can store like up to 50MB of stuff on SFU website?
